The heart of Rebel Cheese lies in its enchanting brunch menu, available every weekend from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Each dish tells a tale of culinary artistry. Imagine sinking your teeth into the Meatless Miracle—a delightful breakfast creation featuring savory meatless sausage, creamy cheddar, and a 'harmless' egg, all cradled in a buttery biscuit lavishly topped with scratch-made maple pecan butter. Most of the cheeses here are made using traditional cheesing techniques. Some of them have thickeners and other fermented flavoring ingredients like miso and tamari, koji etc. through these techniques they have an incredible variety of cheeses! I especially like the mozzarella and cane aged Brie. Best vegan Brie I’ve had in 30 years…

I'm new to Vegan food and this was absolutely the best Vegan cheese I've ever had. We got the French Dip Sandwich (Enough to Share) and Vegan Cheese board. We are going to buy more cheese wedges and another Seasonal Sandwhich to go! I forgot to take a before pic it was too good. Hands down highly suggest even if you're not vegetarian or Vegan it's all delicious.

LIKE HEAVEN!! I took myself out for a self care day in Austin yesterday. I’m from the San Antonio area, so I was excited to try some of the vegan scene here in Austin. This restaurant was recommended by a friend and WOW. It did NOT disappoint! I got the Frenchie and it was so mouthwatering good. I am already mentally planning my next trip, so I can try their entire menu.

Staff here is so amazing! I love how open and honest they were. I just moved to Austin and this was one of my first vegan spots I hit up in search for Dare Pepperjack Cheese. Ended up getting a sandwich which was so filling. The lavender lemonade is heaven on earth. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

The sandwiches here are insane! Rebel cheese is a vegan artisanal cheese shop and deli! I went for lunch with my sister and mom so I had to try a few different sandwiches and they were all amazing. Bacon, Brie and Me is a must! The BLT and chicken sandwich were also very tasty, the tomato soup and potato salad are another must try. Everything felt very fresh and satisfying!

Rebel has the best vegan cheeses I've ever had - better than most or all of the cheeses I had in my pre-vegan life too. The strawberry basil fromage and honee-pistachio chevre are to die for. The sandwiches (like the melt with Americana and Mozzarella, plus whatever additions you'd like to add) are also absolutely delicious. Can't recommend highly enough, for vegans and non-vegans alike.

For those who like vegan food, I suggest visiting Rebel Cheese and trying the vegan cheeses, salads and sandwiches. I was passing through the city for work and was recommended this place. The atmosphere and service are excellent and the prices are not expensive.

SO GOOD! RUN, DON’T WALK!!! I know that sounds dramatic, and maybe it is, but we seriously loved it. I have been to quite a few vegan places wherever we travel. I could not believe how beautiful this place was and most importantly, how delicious. The cheeses are out of this world. My husband got a gluten free sandwich, the caprese I believe. It had pesto and mozzarella - super good! I got the bacon brie and me on their normal bread and that was really good! They do offer gf vegan bacon. Cheeses were amazing! We got a cheese platter that comes with cheese, nuts, and the strawberry habanero jam (AMAZIN). Definitely loved the truffle brie, tomato fromage, pepper jack, and blue cheese. I am jealous for the people who live in Austin and are blessed by this place. Also, service was amazing. Everyone was super helpful and kind. Definitely will order online!!
